In the year 2077, technology has improved society as swiftly as capitalism has crippled it. In these trying times with utopia just barely out of reach, the populace have turned to the world of entertainment to keep themselves on the level.

But behind every film, every TV show and every album, there’s likely something seedy behind the scenes…

Phantom Arts Entertainment’s Papaya and Raz Mataz hit the streets as a duo once more – Media megacorp NBN need the pair to spy on the community betterment of a rival company, Horizon. Horizon have bought out an entire town in Liverpool, Radio City, and use the populace as social guinea pigs in kind-hearted (yet unnerving) experiments.

But what looks like a standard dirt-digging assignment quickly becomes a noir whodunnit when a rogue criminal element gets involved…
