The Orohena Arcology is different from the towering skyscrapers and domes in your city – it’s entirely underwater! What was once a resort for the rich and famous is now a seedy hideaway for bourgeois criminals and rogue geneticists. But it takes a community to keep an arcology (literally) afloat and when one scientist is threatening to break the uneasy balance with her new experiment, alcoholic cyborg Duke, Hobo With a Tuk Tuk Wyrm and overly excitable AI Oculus try to put a stop to things before it’s too late.
