After many months working away from Phantom Arts Entertainment, Raz and Spurs have a chance reunion at a drive-in film festival. But there’s no time to rest, ORPHEUS has her eyes on a bizarre theme park in Lisbon, Portugal and a politician’s speech there is the perfect time to strike.
