In the year 2077, technology has improved society as swiftly as capitalism has crippled it. In these trying times with utopia just barely out of reach, the populace have turned to the world of entertainment to keep themselves on the level.

But behind every film, every TV show and every album, there’s likely something seedy behind the scenes…

Going above and beyond the call of duty, criminals-for-hire Nano Ranger, Neon Hand and Spurz turned a theft attempt into a full-on kidnapping. Now, with the world’s first AI popstar under their care, they’ve been sent to scout out a new base of operations, an abandoned TV studio struck by a magic-infused bomb.

But even in the gritty future of 2077, the dead never simply rest in peace.
